A sort of a, day?

A sort of annoying day, you know, when you try your full speed on working then your coworker and client with their mindless said many irrational review about your work. A sort of weird when you hopped on the bus then you found the driver fight with his girl (or anyone).

And then I realize, the only word that I speak consistently is all about escaping and freedom. Still find a way and be patient for that.

It’s too bad when you wear a journey to avoid something or hideaway from conflicts. But yes, many people in it. Including me and many friends on the road. We, of course find the peacefulness there. but, as if I could run freely without any baggage? just if.

May, I open up my full hands for you with many hopes of the brightness of the sun comes and shines. May, yet become hard and testing your mental. It’s also gloomy. An eternal fear of future that comes.

Nice try on May, and I wish June will be as bright as I thought or would I pleased them passing without any pain or good feeling? but sure, July will be as sweet as Juliet. I’ll meet all of my best friend Yes, July is the awaited month. After that, September and November will be good too.

I felt this one too, and this is the things that I missed....

Being on the road, driving on just a scooter with my backpack from Bali to Lombok and across to Sumbawa and Flores in Nusa Tenggara Timur, there were moments that I found myself in a deep sense of appreciation of everything around me. The quietness of the road, the simple folks and the deep greenery and vast landscapes surrounding my travel. A Dutch traveller discussed with me recently on her experiences that touch on similar topic; usually while being in the middle of no where, she said out of no where, she would have this heavy emotion and tears would be pouring down her cheeks even before she realizes what is happening. And all these are not sad emotion or tears of fear but of gratitude. If there is such a thing as tears of happiness, this will be a close it.

I had to confess to her I had my fair share of similar tears rolling down my cheeks. Of course not without mentioning I usually don’t cry that easily [I really don’t…(I swear!)], just as last attempt to keep my dignity as grown men.

The shot above was taken on the descend from Mount Kelimutu, Flores. The sun has just gone down slightly behind the cloud and all of a sudden thick haze engulfed the street rendering a tranquil landscape. I switched off the engine on my motorbike and descended the rest of the road without the noise of the engine and just guided by the steering and brakes of the bike.

And I recently read that the Japanese have a word for such thing:

Yugen/ Yoo-gehn/ n. (Japanese): an awareness of the universe that triggers emotional responses too deep and mysterious for words.

How neat is that?
